Hogan Leadership Profile Series Assessments

There are a series of (3) evidence-based assessments that measure your reputation (how others view you) to determine your strengths day-to-day, challenges that may present when you're under stress, and what motives/values/preferences drive your behavior. The results are increased self-awareness, new insight about fit to your career and the environment where you're most likely to thrive, and improved leader and team effectiveness.

Extended Coaching Packages - Optional

Extended Coaching engagements focus on building strategic self-awareness by tying discoveries found in assessment data to behaviors and decisions made at work. Coaching creates a framework for skills building and goal-oriented personal development by working with leaders to understand their unique job context and desired outcomes.

3-Month Coaching

Available to clients that have completed all three assessments in the Leadership Profile Series.

6-Month Coaching

 Available to clients that have completed all three assessments in the Leadership Profile Series. 

12-Month Coaching

 Available to clients that have completed all three assessments in the Leadership Profile Series. 


Hogan Team Report - Optional

The Hogan Team Report was designed for use with true interdependent, functional teams. The report summarizes HPI, HDS, and MVPI data in terms of group trends, areas of convergence/divergence and describes overall team score implications. The Team Report helps individuals understand their teams’ mix of strengths, weaknesses, and values, as well as identify and correct for potential “fracture lines” to maximize team performance.

Hogan 360 Feedback - Optional

Powered by Peter Berry Consultancy, this is a comprehensive multi-rater feedback tool designed to help career-minded individuals and leaders at any level of an organization gain a better understanding of how they are perceived by managers, peers, direct reports, and others.
